Who we are

Gareth Phillips has well over twenty years experience of change and programme management across a wide range of business areas and industries.

Ten of these years were spent with a Big-5 consultancy, working with blue-chip organisations in the UK and overseas. He has worked independently since 2000 and during this period was the programme manager for the introduction of electronic trading at a major City commodities exchange.

He has an MSc in Project Management from Henley Management College and qualified as a Chartered Engineer during the early part of his career which was spent in the oil and construction industries. He is an MSP and Prince2 practitioner and has lectured at Cranfield Management School.

All associate consultants have Big-5 consultancy experience or have held senior positions in industry. We are based in Cardiff, Wales.
