This assignment involved us working with one of the UK Police Forces. Our role was to help them in developing and implementing an organisation wide strategy for change. Driven by the need to redeploy their resources more effectively, the Force has focused on restructuring around neighbourhood police units and delivering better intelligence to the front line.
This assignment involved defining and delivering the leadership and management development requirements for the 300+ managers in the DVLA Local Service Network. The development programme, which was in support of a major restructuring and performance improvement change programme, has included an integrated mix of classroom-based learning, performance coaching and e-learning elements.
