Stakeholder Engagement - DVLA

Phillips Projects is working with a directorate of DVLA to provide managers and staff with better stakeholder engagement skills.

Through a combination of training and other support, staff will develop skills to enable them to liaise effectively with external stakeholders and to work in partnership with other organisations.
