Our people

Once we have agreed a scope of work with our clients we hand-pick the people who we believe can best deliver for our client. We do not employ full-time business consultants, we draw on our extensive network of associates. The client contracts for consultancy services with Phillips Projects Ltd.

Methods

We believe that effective overall change is delivered when all aspects of the required changes ie changes to technology, processes, people, organisation etc. are identified, integrated and co-ordinated. The methods we use for each challenge are based on this approach and are tailored for each client assignment.
